Most airlines requires the flight attendant to wear some sort of hosiery, do they specify if one can only wear pantyhose or can we thigh high holdup stockings instead?

Yeah there is the option to wear long sleeved shirts. There’s crew who have loads of tattoos and cover it all up for the flight x

Mam,what is the difference in uniforms of a normal cabin crew and a senior cabin crew?

A supervisor would still have a white shirt but a cabin manager would have a burgundy coloured shirt

Is it obligatory to carry heavy makeup as a flight attendant ? I would love to walk as a flight attendant but I’m trying to restrain from makeup because it causes premature aging and skin damage. So I was wandering if I could work without the need to fill my face with makeup?🙏

Hey! No of course it’s not obligatory, it depends what airline you work for as they all have their own policies, but I’m sure you have beautiful skin and won’t need makeup anyway! A little bit of mascara and some sort of lip product would work perfectly fine ☺️

Every airline works differently and has their own policies, I know a couple of other airlines who require their crew to wear makeup too such as Emirates. They don’t ask for a full face of makeup, just a couple of things but if I want to do a full face of makeup then that’s my choice. Our policies have recently changed about 5 months ago and now makeup is no longer a requirement.
