those protein shakes do make you really bloated ig, there was a recall on them last year but i still drink them

Yailenys if you are finding you are getting bloated from the protein shake. You should trying getting a dairy free version of that protein shake if they make it as it could be because it has dairy in it

Might be bloating cause if you aren’t working out a lot you shouldn’t be drinking protein shakes. That will literally make you gain weight if you aren’t working out or moving around a lot.
