So glad you’re ok. This is actually my fear at the gym. Experienced vertigo after stretching on the floor this was almost 9 years ago and I was so traumatized by how it felt I never did movements like that again. You’re so sweet 🫶🏼✨

I love the rare beauty blush! It blends really well! but I like putting a dot of the blush on the back of my hand and then using a brush to put it on my face. It just works better imo 🤷🏼‍♀️

Kristin! I finally got around to watching your video talking about your breastfeeding journey. I want you to know, I had the same exact situation happen with me and my son. He had a lip and tongue tie lasered when he was about 10 weeks old. Also, my breasts are the same size and my lactation consultant said I most likely have insufficient glandular tissue. So I was able to produce milk for about 4 months before my cycle came back and just shot it to HECK. we are drinking Kendamil now and baby is growing growing growing and everyone is happy and less stressed. Love your videos and can't wait to follow along watching James grow, being mamas together, and looking out for whenever you get ready for baby #2. Love ya!

I saw the same exact video of the girl who put her feet up on the wall in the sauna. It looks nice because doing that position outside of the sauna is beneficial. I think there needs to be a time limit. Definitely don’t do it longer than 5mins.

I always wonder about the oh we got pregnant by surprise, but fact is that after approximately 12 days after your period you are almost a week fertile especially 2 days highly fertile. In my twenties I had a device to pee on and it would give me the exact timeframe. I never forgot that.❤ Nowadays there a calendars on the internet where you can put your dates of your period in and the duration of your cycle, and surprise surprise you have your days😂
