I absolutely love mornings with my coffee. I get up extra early and enjoy a small breakfast with my elixir of caffeine and my iPad. It is how I enjoy my coffee watching your videos totally relaxed and content in the quiet. Beautiful sketches. Sorry you get nauseous.

Hi, Mary and Peter! :)) I rediscovered you guys once again today, after following your journey in my early to mid teens for nearly three years. Every day after school I'd hop on and check up, you both had made so many of my dark days bright again and gave me something to look forward to. Of course life took over and years passed, however now I am now an adult and today you came to my mind out of the clear blue. I clicked this video and that intro moved me to tears. Silence and peace speaks volumes!! ❤️ ✨ thank you for all of the effort you have always made to create amazing videos. Stay safe in this crazy time, much love to you both and your pets ❤️ :))

I have been on Trikafta for about 1.5 years, and love my life on Trikafta! I always had to get up for school between 5:30-6:00 to be able to leave my house around 7:30. Within that time frame, I had to allow myself time for coughing, being nauseous, and trying to control my blood sugar. I haven't had that schedule for over a year during the pandemic, but if I am able to go back in person next school year, I am very hopeful for a better morning routine.

I have severe IBS so I take Zofran pretty often due to being nauseous. I have pretty severe asthma so I am on Xopenex via my nebulizer. I watch the old Frey life videos while I sit and do my morning Xopenex. Thank you for keeping me entertained while doing my morning breathing treatments!

I like your way of thinking Mary. When I had to do sitting up practice as part of my post Lumbar fusion physio (PT), I used to scrapbook for the time period rather than sit there in the high chair watching the clock. I made some lovely pages with my Zermatt memorabilia! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks Mary for sharing you're CF moring. I suffer from Asthma and my moring start with a steriod inhaler then a nebulizer treatment. I have a chest infection now so I'm on a oral steroid. I usual get the steriod inhalers three times a day. I take iron, vitamin c and vitamin d in the moring for anemia. It's nice to see able to sip your coffee in peace Mary god bless and I love those creative paintings.

Thank you for videos like this. I can't find many and when I do they're from years ago. The tip about the Pulmozyme is helpful. I have a 17 month old who was diagnosed at just 6 days old and is on Pulmozyme. It would be great if you could make more videos on the CF part....cleaning your supplies and how you store stuff ect.... it would be so helpful.

As Chronically Jacquie often said: the only thing predictable about chronic illness is that it's unpredictable💙. Sorry you got sick. Zofran has been my best friend lately too because my POTS related nausea has been out of control. For no reason. Even if all my other symptoms are fine. So frustrating😫. Beautiful paintings by the way. You should do palm trees on a beach sometime😊🌴🥥.

The jars and landscape looking good Mary...Maybe your stomach is irritated from years of meds. Your lil pots would make great kitchen towel designs. Tonight I made the 5 min microwave cake again from Emma's goodies. A week or two ago I made her two ingredient donut holes. Her stuff is fast to make.

I don’t do the best anymore because I have a Volara if you’ve ever heard of that. But basically it forces air into your lung continuously and then like quick paced forces of air. You should look into it. But where I’m getting at is when you started the vest I got this weird feeling kinda like anxiety and nostalgia because I hate the vest 🤣

Mary, do you think the half and half in your coffee could have something to do with feeling nauseated. Sometimes dairy can be hard on an empty stomach. Maybe just cutting back a bit on your creamer could make all the difference. It's just a thought, honey......oh and I sure enjoyed your painting, beautiful work!

Coffee is an irritant. Between when I had COVID in January, then my shot in March, I got so sick every couple of weeks & coffee irritated my stomach when I drank it on an empty stomach. It may be better for you to wait until after you've eaten your breakfast to drink you coffee & then also take your Zofran (sorry, I'm from the UK, we call it by another name) with your breakfast & coffee.

@elliotelephants603 жыл бұрын
Zofran is a PRN and it’s faster acting in response to nausea so taking it that way probably wouldn’t work if the nausea hits a while after taking the meds.
@PinkHawk1913 жыл бұрын
If there is a medication like my antibiotics that I take for dental appointments due to my heart condition and the risk of infection from dental work I have to take my Zofran 20 minutes ahead of it to stop the nausea.

Why do you talk when you are having a treatment. You are doing so good with trifecta but you dont seem to be serious with your breathing treatment . It just upsets me. Please just do your treatments in privacy and just concentrate on them. We all love you and pray for healing but God has provided you with all you need and he expects you to be serious. Paintings are beautiful but we can see them after you come down from treatments. God bless you all
