I would either use this or a wand without a clamp, using a thicker wand and leaving the ends of your hair out slightly rather than wrapped full around the wand will give you more of a beach wave… hope that makes sense? I have a New Year’s Eve get ready with me on my channel and I show a more loose curl/wave x

Hi lovely There isn’t a heat setting on my GHD curler, but I would probably have it on the highest if it did (as long as you are using heat protection!) I keep my hair wrapped round the curler for about 10seconds then hold it lightly in my hand for 10 seconds to cool before letting it drop. You could pin the curls too ! Hope that helps x

I binned my hairdryer years ago and it was the best decision. My hair is very like yours now, long and no split ends but wasn't before. Before it was dry, frizzy and wouldn't grow. Bin your hairdryer's girls!

I found my curls last longer when using a tong but I do love the curls that a wand creates. Honestly can’t beat GHD, definitely my favourite but also recommend beauty works wand and it is affordable xx

And that you show it to more people here. The name of the brush is teasing hair brush, it is similar to the rat tail comb. Hi is this the 1 inch barrel? I have long hair just past my chest and dnt know which barrel to buy :( I want medium curly not too tight or loose

I use the 32mm barrel, I would even use the size down from that too. With long hair you definitely don’t want to get the bigger barrel as your curls will just drop straight away from the weight of your hair. You want the curls to be quite curly to start with and let them drop or brush them out to achieve a medium bouncy curl. Also pinning the curls up will help them last longer and keep their bounce :)

Yes I have had mine for years, highly recommend! My curls last about 2 days, I would recommend pinning the curls after curling for longer lasting curls. Each day they will get looser, they won’t be as bouncy on day 2. Also if you have long thick hair, less likely to last xx

Natalia Kamarudin hi lovely, so I am quite lucky and have always had quite thick hair since young but it definitely helps that I don’t colour my hair (I only get a few highlights around my face) as for products I’ve recently started investing in good shampoo/conditioner which is abit more pricey but definitely better for your hair in the long run (gold well, redken, kerastase ) and then lastly I avoid putting heat on my hair as much as possible. Hope this helps 🤍
