I have a love hate relationship with my chiropractor.🤣 she is helping with my scoliosis. The first day went fine but a few hours later I wanted to kill her. My back was killing me. But about three visits later I started to feel the difference. I wasn't hurting as bad and I could move around better. So I love her after the first few days after treatment. 😊 we are great friends and go out dancing. The next day she puts me back together. Lol. Chiropractors are wonderful for anything.

Yes, our hair and skin changes during pregnancy because of all of the hormone changes. And of course, we all experience it differently. But you are absolutely glowing and beautiful! It’s all temporary and you should go back to how you were after your pregnancy (not immediately, but eventually). I hope that you are feeling good!! xoxo

Hi Naomi you look beautiful, and congrats on your pregnancy. Im on my second pregnancy, third trimester. I can tell you for sure that finding outfits can be challenging in the beginning because you feel bigger and nothing fits but your are not showing as much. Leggings and long layers, fitted tops, try loose tops will take you a long away. All the best in your pregnancy!
