I can never apply lashes or perhaps I need the right ones for my curled eyelashes but they definitely make a big difference.

I also have curled lashes maybe that is another reason I struggle so much. Hooded eyes + curly lashes, a girl can’t catch a break 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣 But I have seen you wearing eyelashes, which ones do you use?

Pabi's Diary like you said, it took me an hour or two off camera to struggle the get them on. The curled lashes is definitely a big factor so I bought an eyelash curler and I curl my lashes downwards first. I use some from eyelure and some from a Chinese hair company called XBL but I definitely want ones with a thicker more rigid band that will resist my curled lashes 😅

Thembelihle Mthimunye I also have hooded eyes but the more you work with and learn your eyeshape it will make a big difference. Also the right brushes help. KZbin videos on hooded eyes🙌🏾🙌🏾

Thembelihle Mthimunye thank you for the support 🤗 and I hope it was helpful. Continue to practice and fake it till you make, just draw a fake Crease high up and use a pencil brush to sketch it out with a dark color, blend it upwards slightly. Then the rest below will be your eyelid .💜

Girl Believe me I understand the frustration, but you can definitely work with them it just requires a bit more effort and having techniques that cater to our hood. A KZbinr that I love that made me get into eyeshadow for hooded eyes (cause for the longest time I just could not be bothered 🤷🏽‍♀️) is Alissa Ashley, she just does it so well! And her looks are bomb! Just keep practicing! ❤️
