Thanks for the content - top stuff 🤝 If landlords / letting agents object to your pitch and state that their contracts do not allow for company lets etc, how would you deal with this? Would you move on to the next potential deal, or continue to pitch in the hope that their contract objection isn’t concrete? Just feel like I’m lacking the contractual knowledge to negotiate with landlords in this situation if you hear me. Cheers in advance!

100% As the cost of living gets higher, more and more people won't be able to afford to go away and will be staycation-ing!! Also, business and construction will be pushing for more revenue so plenty of business to do! My occupancies are higher than ever atm.

Thanks Simon another gear vid! I’ve recently had an agent who was interested but they asked for proof of our turnover. As a newbie, how do I go about explaining being new to the industry but successful/competent with no turnover history ?

Keep it real!! State your a new company but you can act as personal guarantor and show personal income (if you can do so)! Remember 36x rent per annum. If monthly rent is £1000 then you will need to show £36,000 annual salary! Hope that helps?
