Get reservations to dine in Disney's Space 220 Restaurant in Epcot/December 2022

We have tried to secure reservations to dine in Space over 10 times since Epcot's Space 220 opened. We were FINALLY able to get a dinner reservation with a HACK we just discovered.
Space 220 takes you 220 miles above earth via their stellar-vator.
You enter the restaurant to an amazing view of space and the earth beneath you while the occasional spaceship and astronaut appear right outside your window.
The menu is pre-fixed, & the cost per person is $79 (no pass holder discounts allowed).
Your price includes an appetizer, main course and dessert.
Below is what we had and how I rate it from a 1-10 :
Blue Moon Cauliflower
Tempura Fried Cauliflower, Housemade Hot Sauce, Blue Cheese Dust *10
Centauri Caesar Salad
Miniature Romaine, Classic Caesar Dressing, Parmigiano Reggiano, Crouton Crumble * 7
Slow Rotation Zero-G Short Rib
Braised Short Rib, Cheddar Grits, Bacon, Rainbow Carrots, Brussels Sprouts *8
Roasted Chicken Breast
Maple-Glazed Parsnips & Carrots, Potato Gratin, Black Truffle Jus * 4

Cool place to eat…love the ambience, but I will have anxiety….I don’t care for big open places.
