I typically don't feel much, I think have become desensitized to those words from good preaching, to be honest 😅 I've been born again, committed to church for over 10 years. I love when Craig explains the true meanings of the words, that is when I start to think about how I can make changes to sanctify myself to be more like Christ, and I am nowhere near the quality of character Jesus had! I do have a question, are we able to become without sin, in the sense that we are not sinning anymore? because the Apostle John mentions it a few times in 1 John, getting stronger each time with reminders of God's grace in between; 1 John 2:1 “that you may not sin”, 1 John 3:5-6 “in Him(Jesus) there is no sin, whoever abides in him does not sin”, 1 John 3:8-9 “He who sins is of the devil... Whoever has been born of God does not sin” and 1 John 5:18.

depend on the Holy Spirit. Cant do it without Him. That is why He is given to every believer upon salvation. He is our helper, and our power and strength to resist sin. Our flesh is weak, but the Spirit is strong. The door is always open, Just dont give up, and keep trying. Be sure to spend time in prayer and His word daily to build that foundation, and develop that relationship with Jesus. Its essential. He cares for you, and has a special purpose for you. Seek Him 100%, and you will find victory over sin. And when temptation comes to mind, capture it immediately, and pray for the Holy Spirit to remove it, and it will flee. The longer you entertain it, the harder it will be to avoid. Run from it if you have to. Remember, God knows your heart, that is the important thing to always remember. We are not perfect, but as long as you are looking to Jesus for help, and your desire is to please Him, You will overcome. Its not always easy being a Christian, but it will all be worth it one day. 😢Thank you for this message. This message has been the most powerful message for me in the series habits of a healthy heart. I started crying because of all the time and years (14-19 years) i was distancing myself with all of my sins from my parents, and from God. I never got to tell my parents who raised me (because i was adopted) that i appreciate all that they did for me. I am crying because i never got close to my biological father who would always check up on me throughout the years. I never got close to him because of all the sins that i was committing. Recently he had a stroke and a heart attack and i don't think hes going to speak again, so i can't enjoy the time that i wanted to enjoy with him.
