24:40 could you maybe elaborate on that further? I get the idea but does the "reload menu" mean that you have to see the Main Menu 70 or 71 times? Like if you back out of the Options menu right now would you be on "reload menu" number 1 or would you already be at number 2? The main reason I am confused is because you already are at the options menu instead of the main menu. Correct me if I'm wrong but the way I understood it is: After finding your seed for the last time, you go to the options menu and back out to the main menu 70 times. On the 71st time, you enter the options menu and then click the jirachi option, right? Or would that be one advancement too much or too little?

Yes, you're not RNG manipulating on the GBA cartridge

I assume you're asking when Jirachi gets its stats and all. The RNG manip is done in Pokemon Channel so it is "generated" there.
