Also present in this hilarious scene as Hodgkins, adding to the humor in this situation and playing it with a a half straight and half "Here we go again" face, is one of the ubiquitous TV faces of the 60s and 70s, Bryan (sometimes spelled Bryon) O'Byrne. O'Byrne it seemed, appeared on virtually every top comedy series in that time, but was also a versatile dramatic actor as well. I recall him having one of the most memorable "find the body" scenes in Perry Mason, where he was found floating in a vat of water. A great talent.
