42:02 is CRP income Conservation reserve program? That is what google says it is, I’m new to land, homesteading, farming et al.

Yes. CRP is the Conservation Reserve Program. It’s available for FSA tillable acres and some marginal pasture land. Contracts are either 10 or 15 years in length and are competitive with cash rental rates for the area and soils.
