Jackie Phamotse has been slapped with house arrest and a fine for her criminal comments about socialite couple, Basetsana and Romeo Kumalo. Phamotse has been placed under house arrest for two years for her crimes and given a fine of a total of R30,000 or 10 months in prison.

And as a matter of fact anyone can tell them off, no one owes a journalist any comment. If you don't feel like saying anything to them you can tell them to get off. Journalist can be persistent and people get annoyed, considering the timing and space . All I'm saying is I think it was natural for Jackie to be worked up like that beacuse she just got sentenced and boom here is someone with cameras all over her face. she might be wrong for other things but let's not try too hard to crucify her with other things that we know they usually happen as specificially with journalists involved..
