What’s the Reserve?
The Reserve is a portion of your equity that is set aside and disbursed to you after the property sells on the open market. This is the structure that allows the buyer to make a full market value cash offer, while only charging a fee.
How is the Reserve calculated?
The Reserve is calculated depending on economic factors, property location, condition, amenities, projected timeline to resell, and purchase price.
When is the Reserve returned?
The Reserve is returned after the property is sold on the open market.
Do I get back all the Reserve?
If the property sells on the open market for the original offer amount, all of the Reserve is returned to you.
