Yes sir, maganda pag may kilala ka na nagwork sa isang facility oara marecommend ka. In my case, I work as a travel Nurse so I am not connected in one facility. If someday, I decide to go for Managerial role, i will be able to help for sure.

can you also discuss abt sponsorship for RN with 3 yrs experience from the Philippines po. kung san po mas less ang magagastos para maging NZRN.Sana may makapag discuss abt dyan.TYI

Hi po. As far as I know. There is no direct sponsorship for RN to work as NZRN kasi you need to do the CAP study to become an NZRN, right? Ive known facility na they sponsor overseas RN for study but that depends on who is the facility manager or kung sino yung Nurses working sa facility na yan. Usually they will prioritize mga kamag anak nila overseas. But very rare lang ang ganitong case as far as i know.

Hello Sir, teacher graduate po ako, nag-aral din ako ng 6months caregiving sa Tesda, may NC2 na rin. Meron akong 3years experience sa caregiving kaso wala akong COE, patay na po yung mag-asawang employer ko kasi 10yrs. ago na po yun. Nagwork din ako sa Nursing Home dito sa Pinas pero 2weeks lang at may certificate ako sa 2weeks na yan. Sa tingin mo po ba Sir qualified po akong mag-aplay as Caregiver? Andito po ako sa Pinas

Based on you situation, mahirapan ka makahanap dito. Also, very rare na maghire sila directly from overseas. Almost every time, naghahire sila nga mga andito na sa NZ.

Hi, magandang experience po yan. Pero you know what... in New Zealand, you can become a caregiver without a qualification. Pero meron pa rin edge ang may experience. They prioritize the residents in New Zealand first. Where are you po currently?

Hi. It is possible but as mentioned in the video, it would be difficult if you are outside New Zealand.

Hi Sir, Im a BSN graduate but underboard. I have NCII certificate and 1 year volunteer certificate as a caregiver d2 sa Pinas. I have a tourist visa na for AU but plan ko din po kumuha ng tourist visa in NZ and hopefully mkakuha ng work sa aged care field there. Any chances po? I appreciate your reply po.

Hi, do you jave a friend of family po dito sa NZ nag magwork sa age care? Kasi ako ngayon parang travel nurse work ko so parang mahirap ako makarecommend sa facility kasi hindi ako permanent.
