@@mathewharrison when I did it, I played until I died, instead of dying on purpose. I don’t know if that’s why it worked, but that’s what worked for me. It’s also possible it’s patched by now, but hopefully not.

I did no heal aso and also mostly stayed in the car, helps a lot. Either kill by car, or attack by car and then finished them off with shotgun

Btw damage on pickup is BRUTAL. Everything you pick up from ammo to weapons takes 10hp from you and ignores shield. If you kill an enemy close to you your gonna die. They will drop their stuff and you get ko'd as u pick them up automatically

It's all a matter of grabbing Medkits ehenever possible, using Slurp Barrels, and not getting into fights and less you have to. I didn't know about the Wastelander challenges and ended up getting this one while investigating them for the firsr time in a duos match with HORRENDOUS ping and ended up winning. Perhaps having the help is beneficial.

1:13 I got this one when I accepted my 1st wastelander challenge & still got the wrap after I got eliminated. For this challenge you take 10 damage to your health every time you pick up a weapon, item, stack of gold, building materials, medallion, or stack of ammo.

The good thing about don't touch the ground is that it only counts dirt/grass. So, there are a lot of surfaces you can stand on.

I didn’t even know about the wrap. I did the no heals challenge for the 15k XP. Somehow won the match and got the wrap. I had one of the health bots hired so I basically “cheated the challenge” since I got heals from him and the slurp barrels on the map

I personally think no heals isn’t too bad because teammates can fizz you and the slurp cactus things work too. I think it’s just no meds and shields.

I got the damage on pick up challenge yesterday, it was a nightmare. You got damage when picking up anything, bullets included. And you don't take a small amount of damage, I believe it's 20 per pickup. Whatever you do, avoid it, especially of you have auto ammo pickup activated

i played with the damage on pickup and best thing is take loot before you accept it bcs if you pick it up first then first thing to pick up are bandages and other stuff and its good to have two slots of healing items the best from my perspective are bandages and medkits

I got it with the perma-damage or what it's called, the one where u can't use healing or shield items, but I found out you still can use slurp barrels and the slurp plants, pretty cool the plants repair cars too 🤯👌🏻🔥

I had the Damage on Standing Still. Do you have any idea how hard it is to be a good teammate with this? I can barley revive and reboot man. You have to win a battle royale when you activate a wastelander challenge. I got it when i won a game of squads with the 'stop moving and you will take damage' challenge activated.

"Damage on pickup" is indeed taking 10 white health when picking up anything. Weapons, shields, medkits, ammo, gold, anything. I actually got this challenge while just incestigating it in a duos match and ended up winning by sheer coincidence. Just a matter of carrying Medkits and avoiding fights unless you really have to, like at the end.

Damage on pickup. I did this challenge. Every time you pick something up you take 5-10HP damage. This includes everything! even ammo. Extremely tough to place top 10 while trying to complete this challenge, especially since there are no more bananas available in the game. Oh, and the fists are OP

As of right now, I was rewarded the wrap by doing the same location challenge: Floor is Lava but Zero Build, survived long enough to eliminate one person in a modded vehicle but tried to search for healing items but the challenge ended me and I noticed the reward notification. The challenge where you are not allowed to pick up anything is actually not that difficult, you just have to pickaxe cacti or collect white healing while you have collected other loot. Also, get a car and get the machine gun, a cow catcher and bulletproof tires. If your car is hit, you can find a gas station and get it fixed or drive into a catus or slurp barrels it will heal you and the car. I actually won that way.
