Habib Ullah Dear brother, ALLAH SUBHANALLAH TAALA is the greatest and deserves the greatest respect. So His name should at least be with a bold letter. So it's better I think to write "subhan Allah" than to write "subhan allah". And of course ALLAH SUBHANALLAH TAALA knows the best
