We have so much in common; I am also from South America (Ecuador), joined the US Army, and became a 91B Medical Specialist (Airborne Combat Medic) when I joined. I am so grateful for this country; it has given me so much. I have been a first responder (Firefighter) for most of my adult career within the US Government in the Department of Defense, and currently, I am a Sr. Fire Marshal with the Department of State. I was wondering if you had any tips on how to work out in a small space? I drive a semi truck and it has a sleeper, like two bunk beds and not a lot of room. So I can’t have workout equipment except for my free weights and resistance bands. My main thing is my upper body; core, arms and chest. Do you have any suggestions?

You can do A LOT with just bands and a few weights. Body weight exercises don't requir much space either. You can get a pull up bar, too! Ultimately, sit-ups and push ups don't require a lot of space :)

A independent, genuine Outlook on life mixed with your discipline to playing the tape threw that young women should look up too. Just ran into your channel and as a man watching you try clothes on is stunning to see. I think your goals and motivation in life are attractive to hear and a breath of fresh air in this industry. I have a 5yr old daughter and I'm also not with my daughters mother. Once you have kids you see the role you play and the influence you have on there confidence and self esteem. Your son is lucky to have a mom that is a strong independent women to look up too. Your beautiful there's no denying that but for people like my daughter I feel you have so much more to give to your follows especially to young woman out there that need a healthy influence of women like yourself that being a "geek, gamer, mother, gym rat ect. Wow. This video was so interesting and fun. Thank you. Im taurus too. 37. Water well maintenance tech. Homesteader, grow as much as i can, hens by egg too. Mtg, is fun superficial deck building to have the mind off the real world. I just bought 8 spydercos due to the super steels they are. My passion is wholesome naturopathic diet and homeschooling the kids teaching them all i know. Starting to prep deeply, garden all four seasons thoroughly no mater how busy i am. Super nerd here, but will kick ass. I live between washington spokane, west texas, florida northern, and pa. Also, at 18 signed up at a 14J army. When it was only air defense, now its cut into two. All in all i consider myself a master small scale high yield gardener, homeschooler, and great with water systems from wells, cisterns, too landscaping and drainage systems and crafty irrigations.

Good morning Miss Carla, First let me Thank You for your service, Thank You! As a disabled US Army combat Vet I left the service and took my children to Montana. As a single Dad we lived outdoors canoeing, hiking and climbing and eventually my son and I got into snowshoeing and winter camping. I know why I left Montana, to care for my mother, but i cannot figure out why you left Heaven? Florida does agree with you I'll give you that. My eldest daughter has me looking at your concealed carry ideas because she wants a new holster. Before her last breast reduction it was easy to make her a under arm holster that was concealed. Now that she is a happy C it works but isn't comfortable. I do not know if you still read comments from this post 2 years old but I'll hope. She's 4'13"s and stands 9' tall. Even during her service in the Army no one gave her crap twice about being short. Carrying a Glock 9 on a small frame, what would you recommend? Mind you, I will be making this leather holster for her not buying a one size fits none plastic. Once again, Thank You for your service for our country. Give your son a hug, he's a lucky young man.
