Everyone’s palette is so different so I would say, try and get into wine tasting so you can figure out what you like. I prefer the wines in the Stellenbosch & Franschhoek region ♥️ however you’re really new to wine - the Spier Chenin Blanc is a great starter. I’m not on contraceptives at the moment but the one I had the least side effects from was Zoely ☺️
