Omg that molding guy has some skills! That molding can actually be purchased in the USA, but this guy has handcrafted the molding! Felo , he should get a contract signed before he starts work to request 100USD, bit I’m afraid to say it’s worth 100USD or more!

As a business owner, I would pay the molder what he asked to be paid because that is very high up on your house and that will make your house look very good. Thts called priming the wall or bldg 1st b4 painting it. Helping to hold the paint longer and not needing many coats of paint. ❤ frm the USA

Well-done fellow you are doing a great job but please I don't want you to get angry please always listen to some advice from your followers concerning your charity by considering danger of the people you are building for while building .always buid houses with front and back doors for danger purposes if its like your store with one room one door is OK but three bedroom with just one entrance door is not right please think of it and consider the people that will live there BACK DOOR OF HOUSES ARE ALWAYS AN ESCAPE ROUTE DOORS INCASE OF DANGER AT THE FRONT .
