Im hoping some bigtime sponsor sees the possibilities and turns it into the series of the south, rounds up all of that Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Florida talent with irresistible payouts. Thing is, if they do that, Lucas Oil series dies, #49 takes all of the money and bleh lol. Wouldnt be at all surprised to see Jimmy Owens singing up next year if HTF continues. The recent videos are leaving me with sick feeling that it may not, hope im wrong. Too bad they couldnt get NASACAR to participate in this race wherein a few of their drivers get rides that result in articles acknowledging it in papers and publications that bring more awareness to htf

If yall are sprayin down the motor at the wash rack, even if you are covering the distributor a tiny bit of moisture will cause a misfire. Take the cap off and spray it with some WD, it will displace the moisture. You want zero atmosphere inside that cap if possible.

I want to apologize to the guys and Joe joe if this is totally an idiot theory. I played ball at the highest level so I know the difference between first and 10th is neck hairs. We all know you guys have struggled in qualifying. You guys most of the time are awesome in hot laps then you go in and throw different tires on. a new set I'm assuming then joe goes out just have hot lapped and did well. then you guys Throw on new tires and in qualifying the new tires have to feel different. Several times we have jumped the cushion or almost jumped it in qualifying. Do two laps on the new tires in hot laps hurt them too much we can't run the new tires in hot laps joe joe gets the true feeling of what he's going to feel in qualifying so we can start laying down good qualifying laps. Joe joe is one of the top drivers in the country I will always feel that way it's just neck hairs from the top 5 to the top spot. Sorry if I have an idiot theory here.

Another thing, you all always cutting tires at shop, so I'm guessing all cut the same, we never cut tires til we knew track conditions, heavy track/qualifying got cut different than each time out through out the night

Once they start grinding on a tire, it ruined...lol No car can go fast with a tire that has 35 flat spots around the tire, it kills me to see them drag that grinder back and forth across the tire like they have no idea how to sharpen a drive block on a tire! They haven't been showing them grinding tires between the races as much as they used to...lol

Look guys, this is a very average race car/team top to bottom. They have found a way to make a living out of dirt racing. I have been watching since they were at their dads shop. Dirt racing is set up to be a hobby. Making a living at a hobby is a plus. If you are expecting them to be contenders in this mid level circuit, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. They need to either hire a driver or set up man to do that. My biggest disappointment is the absence of dirt daddy.
