Jerry The GM: After losing to an 8th seed Packer team, Jerry refused to fire coach McCarthy even though the world saw he needed to be fired. Instead, he allowed Quinn to leave to the rival Redskins, whose team is not playing in the NFC Championship game this weekend against the rival Eagles. In the off-season, Jerry did not sign a running back in free agency even though they needed one. Jerry also didn't draft a running back even though Dallas needed one. Jerry waited all training camp to hold out on paying Dak and Lamb. Just before the season started, he decided to pay Lamb who missed all training camp and OTAs. He hired Mike Zimmerman for Mike McCarthy and then blamed Mike for having a defense that couldn't stop anyone; when in previous years, Dallas had a top defense. After an injury-plagued year that could have produced a top 5 draft pick. Instead of tanking, this fool was encouraging his team to try and win games. Instead of having the 5th pick in the draft, his team now holds the 12th pick because the Cowboys won 4 games straight en route to nowhere. He fires McCarthy FINALLY, and leads one of the worst coaching searches in NFL history. No coveted coach are brought in for an interview. Instead, he's interviewing coaches who aren’t on any other team radar to be head coaches in the NFL. Jerry is a senile old man who needs to be in a nursing home being cared for by providers. Not running an NFL team and or business.
