When it's heavy snow and windy the last thing you want to do is throw the ball down field. If it's hard for DBs to see the ball doesn't that also mean it's hard for receivers to see the ball as well??? So how does that favor a passing offense when it's even playing field for receivers and DBs???

The d lines will struggle , especially the rams - because a slippery field will neuter the pass rush of smaller fast d lineman .
