From what I heard, there was a conditional clause in Bucks contract that prohibits Cohen from communicating with Jags. That’s probably why he did not say anything until he got the Jags job.

Look at what happened to the previous Bucs OC who went to the Panthers in 2024 - they SUCKED this year. If the Jags suck in 2025, I think it proves that the previous OC's successes were due to Baker Mayfield, the OL, the receivers and RB.
