As a knick fan I agree. Pacers are no joke and they are super fast and athletic and have a deeper bench than us. I think this is a very tough matchup for the knicks, I doubt the media even watches either team play

He casually disrespected the Pacers after beating Milwaukee by saying the Bucks would have won the series if they were healthy. Did he miss the regular season? The Pacers went 4-1 against the Bucks. Giannis and Khris played in all of those games. Dame played in all except the first one. The game the Bucks did win required a career high of 64 points from Giannis. “Windy” is clueless it seems. Wow.

Yup. Knicks have to outrebound the Pacers and play tight defense all series to beat them with their bench depleted. Bojan is out for playoffs. Everyone gotta step up. The biggest key to this series is OG and Precious matchup on Siakam. The 3 Raptors on two playoff teams facing each other. Pacers didn't face OG when he was hurt. Even though Knicks beat Pacers during one of their regular season games with Precious beating Siakam 1 on 1. Now OG and Precious have to really play well defensively on Siakam to win this series. Same with Mitch and Hartenstein matchup on Myles Turner. Pacers are one of the top scoring teams in league. Defense of Knicks if they play well, they can win this series but it will be tough. Expect this series to go 7 games.

As a pacer fan of course I want them to win & yes I'm probably being a lil bias but I'm trying to look at this matchup as just a fan of the game & I can see it going either way, I think the Pacers can honestly take it in 6 if they steal one of the first 2 games in New York I mean it's going to be hard for either team to win on the road but I think pacers are better equipped to do it but I can just as easily see it going to game 7 & the Knicks winning but that's the only way I see the Knicks winning this series but regardless of who wins it should definitely be exciting to watch

That will lead to bad defense being played fast break points and other things going in the pacers way. Add that also with Knicks bigs having to come out of the paint and on the perimeter to guard the pacers bigs that shoot

The reasons I consider Jalen Brunson a better free agent signing than the guys mentioned is because 1)The other guys were already top 5 NBA players entering free agency 2)The teams they went to in free agency were already built/ expected to win championships and the players added were considered the final piece. With Jalen Brunson, he was signed because they needed a point guard, there was no expectation that he would be THIS. In fact, alot of people felt like the Knicks 1)overpaid to get him 2) HAD to overpay because players around the league didn't take the Knicks seriously/want to play for the organization ie. KD saying the Knicks "weren't cool" 3)it was a nepotism thing to get him with his father and thibs. With all of those things combined, if the Knicks win a championship, there is no question it would make Brunson the best free agent signing

I think this goes 7. I’m a Knicks fan so I’m gonna be biased and say we win in 7 but I’m objectively not too confident. It’s all gonna come down to which team can control the pace of the game. If OG locks up Siakam and Donte/Hart/Deuce take turns picking up Hali from 94 feet and forcing him to be a scorer, and then on offense we slow the game down and punish them on the boards, we can win.

I'm just reading through all these comments and laughing at most of the predictions. Well all i know is that this Pacers team reminds me of the Phoenix Suns in the 2000's who liked to run & score at a fast pace until they run into a team that plays defense like the Spurs. I actually wouldn't be shocked if a lot of the games end up being under 100 points. All the Knicks have to do is play great defense and limit their shot opportunities by getting rebounds. By the way, Pacers didn't play any games against the Knicks with OG & Hart in the starting lineup in the regular season. It's a totally different Knicks team in the playoffs and they will WIN the series.

Then the OG and Randle injuries happened they split the next 2 games If you think the regular season matters at all just look at Wolves v Suns lol.
