Thank you good sir. Please add this to your repertoire to increase your leg and arm strength. Great for power if you perform them with speed as you gain the control.

Do long arms struggle?

Shorter arms usually make holding the stunt overhead easier just like in weight lifting. However, long arms can make tosses easier as you are holding for longer. But people struggle to use their entire body to hold and perform stunts so arm length advantages/disadvantages are an insignificant factor until you reach the elite skills.

Your knees will do well with appropriate gradual loading resistance training. Please seek out a Physiotherapist near you to guide and provide treatment options.
