Are technology removes the ash right on the truck without removing the DPF

I've dones this flush/clewnjng before the only issue is all the carbon it cleans ends up in the DOC/DPF and damaged them. One DPF had cracked on an cummins ISL and the other was on a Mack MP7 engine and the bavk pressure forced the dpf filter out of the housing.

Did you do a regen right after the diesel service cleaning?

@truckingandfixing I didn't perform a regen. However, the back pressure got high enough making the cummins go into a regen and on the Mack MP7 the dpf overloaded messages came on the and on that said mack after idling for about half hour it stifled out and choken out. Its a good service to perform, but I think it's betterly done with the DPF/DOC removed to prevent all thay buildup entering the exhaust streem. On a few cummins it also jammed up the VGT unison ring in the turbo with all the cleaned carbon deposits

That's a lot of different steps that you have to do we just do a force regen and get these results along with our hydrogen technology getting the DPF back down to 0.01 and no Ash load.

How much does it cost ? I have a 2020 mack anthem mp8. It’s 370,000 miles. So far replaced dpf filter, egr cooler and Venturi pipe.

Would’ve been interesting to pull the cold side tube or the clogged Venturi tube to show a before and after. Not to difficult to pull either of those tubes. I’ve seen similar products that “cleaned” the bottom end. We used it on a fleet truck to test it out. Few months later it threw a rod. Not saying it was because of that cleaning product. But I dunno. Don’t think they are around anymore. This was 15yrs ago.

Where Does all the carbon and exhaust build up end up going after the process is completed? Yes a Before and after picture would be a great idea just to see exactly how well the process does clean out all the carbon build up within the engine. Carbon is very hard Does the foam and chemicals soften the carbon up for easier Removal?

Interesting, I thought introducing moisture to the system will be detrimental to it. I'll do my research. Nevertheless a clean intake and exhaust system is critical for optimum performance in these egr engines.
