So if you have the right technique, there is nothing to be afraid of. It's been 18 years now and I don't have similar problems, thanks to my teacher.

Nope it does absolutely fucking nothing. The guy claims it trains your lungs by blowing air into it, but your lungs does not work like that. If you want to have a better lung capacity you are better off by just doing any type ofcardio and practicing holding your breath like swimmers do. Just don't buy that product.

Lung training, overstressing it to the Limit, Inhale, hold it, try to inhale more and more, exhale to the limit, more and more and hold it 10 sec... U don't need this stuff but it helps also... after daylie routine, U get a bigger, stonger lung 😉

I don't know if its actually works but let's assume it does. you're working out your lungs, so whether you breathe out your mouth or nose it shouldn't matter
