Metaphor, Yakuza, Persona, SMT etc, SEGA was COOKING this year, but sadly only Metaphor got awarded for it. As for the Astro Bot win, it kinda sucks IMO, because if you take the member berries and nostalgia bait and references out, the game wasn't that special when it comes to platforming mechanics and gameplay it was just a bigger version of astrobot playroom so basically just a big tech demo, and personally i also find Astro Bot itself to be a pretty bland and boring mascot character, i would've preferred anyone else to win GOTY.
