Just one doubt is SEBC SC ST and OBC also compete with general or not? I mean can they get seat in unreserved category if they score really well. Also about the course I didnot able to find the course can you share the link.

Bhai iske pehle apne jo video post kia tha 8-10 din pehle DGVCL wala bo kya tha? Usme aur isme alag alag cuttoff kyu hai? Mere 64 marks hai tier 1 me aur me SEBC male category me hu to muje tirr 2 dene milega kya?

1st cutoff list is the one where the marks( normalised) of all candidates were given. Having you roll no in that doesn't mean anything. Only if your roll no is in the 2nd list( shown in video) then you are eligible to sit for tier 2.

Reason is given in the list. Try to read first. Khali reservation chaiye. Padna toh hai nahi.
