I think Geten is really underestimated by the fandom. His elemental manipulation is probably the best we've seen in the series. Although he cannot generate ice the scale in which he can manipulate it is absurd like he blasted through entire blocks it's insane!

If he's fighting anywhere other than a desert his power is pretty OP, he could always just make more ice. He was pushing Dabi to his limits and his fire is hotter than Endeavour's and Shoto's

Geten vs Shoto. I say Geten would win due to his ice was able to withstand Dabi fire which is Blue. By all means I say Geten could counter Shoto Fire with cold ice and if Shoto tried to use Ice then Geten just redirected it

Geten stans UNITE! Perhaps my biggest surprise about this character (after seeing him without his hood) is the fact he IS a man. Couldn't believe it Edit: As I say in the vid, there is no official name for Geten's quirk - just mentioning that because a few people have said 'cryptokinesis' but that's not from any official source

Geten is basically Pyro (from xmen) but with ice and not fire. He can't generate ice, but can freely manipulate existing ice, including increasing its amount.

I wish there was a quirk where someone could make a force field which the person could manipulate how long the field is to an extent.The force fields strength is like the material like ooblek. Ooblek is a substance where the harder you hit the harder the field is? Ok I know this wouldn't make any sense but what if Toya Todoroki had a twin who is Geten? I know it's disproven by the fact that Dabi believed to be Toya didn't recognise him when they battled but what if that's just plot or he did but just didn't react??? Plus it would make sense why he has such a powerful Ice quirk. Again the more I explain the more I don't believe it but could see it as a possible plot in the manga.

For a support item I was thinking it could be something chemical rather than a portable freezer lol. Say, a vial that contains nitrates and water (separates by a divider). When squeezed the divider breaks and cools the water down to freezing which he can then utilize. It’s only a small amount of ice so he would have to be strategic but he could attack or use it to create more ice. Someone with more time will have to google the science on what chemicals could work best.
