GoSun Solar Oven: First Time Off-Grid Cooking with the Sun

We bought a GoSun Solar Oven and tried it for the first time. Here's our first time cooking using a solar oven, plus a peek at how the solar cooker is packaged for shipping.
I think I overcooked the muffins because I didn't pull the entire tray out and was only looking at the end. I'd suggest a 35-40 minutes cook time (maybe less) if you are trying the same.
