The mediterranean diet has high fructose, fibers, glucose, lectins rich food items. Pufa has a stable nutrients, meat which enrich the vitamin b12/iron absortion. For folate is beef liver, avocado and few others. Specific carbohydrate diet is most likely the best option, which was created by doctor Haas Sidney in 1929.
