The crucifixion of the Messiah was pure agony. If it weren't for father Abba to dispatch Angel's to confort and strengthen him he could of had a cardíaca arrest. We have pain and we suffer because we have become so distant from our lord, when Jesus was crucified the pain was so much harder you can not even fathom the pain he endured but he did not cry he did not yell he did not weep it's not until god did jot speak to him for the 3 hours and he shouted why have you forsaken me what this means is his pain was not speaking to god for thoes hours and that's what caused him his pain this is the same for us we have so much pain every day because we are so far lost from our creator god is good god is great please make him a part of your life
