Amazing job guys. One comment. The batteries are housed under your live well. Is it a bit of a pain to get to those if necessary? Maybe a piano hinge right across the width of the box, then you could just open up the bottom panel for access. Just an idea.

The ball valve on the live well drain needs to be just under the drain unless it has a plug in the well otherwise it will never fill

Couple power related questions…. On your maiden fishing trip, what was your top and cruising speed with family, gear, food etc (loaded down)? How long were you able to troll and maintain your Kokanee trolling speed with the electric? Contemplating a similar set-up. Thanks for any info you are willing to share.

23:11 id put the drain coming through the lower part of that back wall. Worst case if you change things it’s a new panel. I’d minimize holes through the floor where possible.

You should put that 60A fuse as close to the battery as possible. Always put fuses as close to battery as possible.

28:44 I’d put a button snap strap mounted to the fishing seat base and the storage base so they don’t spin when driving if you pull it without the cover.
