I absolutely love that Winston was the first one to spot some elk! LOL "you know why she ran?... she smelled us." This is what it's all about. Having kids that just started hunting has taken hunting to the next level for me. Watching them grow and become ethical hunters and have respect for the animal is watch makes me the most proud. A huge congrats to you guys with the couching and to the young man. I told my son this year the part I hate about a successful hunt is that the chase to find the right one has ended.

Awesome hunt. To experience it with a young hunter, especially on his first is one of the best experiences. I have been present for my buddies kid 1st deer and the expression on his face and excitement were better than anything I can recall. Even opening Christmas gifts! Kudos Winston!
