Farooq Khan I had the same issue this is probably due to what system your running, I fixed mine by using Traktor pro as the controller doesn’t work with my traktor dj Try downloading the free version demo traktor dj and check also you can download a version updated for your mk2 google search online. It’s not the controller it’s the software
