why not the 27 is the anwer for the question 117 and 135 hcf . beacause 3*6 and 9*2 are divisible the 9*3=27 is not the answer

How didi you get the denominator 54?

Find the H.C.F. of 108, 288 and 360...mam here we got 72 is the common difference acc.to u r method .. 9 and 8 are the factors of 72 .From these 8 and 9 factors ,9 is exactly divisible with 108,288,360.so the can we say 9 is the HCF right ? or we do the factors for 72 further ?

72 is factorized as 8 x 9. 9 is only divisible in all the 3 numbers. While 8 is not divisible in all the 3 numbers. So HCF is 9
