This movie handled diversity better than so many things today. It felt normal back then to watch Chinese, Native American (I'm trying to get away from calling them "iNdIaN"), Euro Westerners, and a bit of Mexican woman share a story and be handled so well. Today, you'd be hard-pressed to find even a video game like that beyond 'For Honor' which barely has a story. Imagine a movie or game or show like this with folklore/mythology creatures from around the world being taken on by heroes from different lands. We need more like this ASAP.

The drinking game is using hand gestures as you sing the song, throwing out fingers for the other person to guess, first one to make a mistake drinks, the song is: One crab with eight feet, painted horns - what a big crab./ Blinking eyes, shrinking head,/ crawling, crawling everywhere./ Two and Two, who should drink?/ Three and three, who drink first?/ Five and Five, who should drink?/ Two and two, you drink first. And the way you lost it over the deleted scene with the bubble bath nearly broke me.

Jackie is similar to these guys whenever he's action and comedy and goofy attitude. But when he did action and serious role but no comedy Jackie is like Bruce lee and Clint Eastwood. Jackie is different to Jet Li. Jet Li is just like Bruce Lee. Stephen Chow is a bit like looney tunes, Jackie Chan and Jim Carrey. So many famous Asian actors from hong kong.

Chan is a former member of the Chinese Theater Society. One of his personal heroes is Buster Keaton; if you go back to watch some of his work you'll see where Jackie drew many of his influences. There is a sequel; Shanghai Nights. Not as much physical comedy, but still well worth watching. Set a few years later, in London. In the early 70s Robert Redford & Paul Newman did Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The ending was a nod to that. "I don't know karate, but I know crazy." is from a James Brown tune. Young Magneto says the same line in X-Men: First Class.
