So true! Low self esteem causes many issues. Therapy and counseling does help. You just have to find a good counselor. I'm so sorry you are struggling with that. You need to make a list everyday of things you like about yourself. It doesn't matter what it is and don't listen to the negative thoughts and negative people. I struggle with my self esteem but I'm a lot more confident than I used to be. You got this. Just tell yourself that everyday until you believe it.

I totally disagree with Trisha accusing precious of "grooming" India?? They are both grown women and no one made anyone do anything they didn't want to do otherwise they wouldn't be sat there confessing. They'd be sat there either accusing each other or there would be nothing to confess to. Grooming is a crime and rightly so. Trisha making off the cuff accusations of it is ridiculous and small minded. Maybe she should spend some time with real grooming victims and she might learn a thing or two.
