@@SniperPug-ix9xc Then that's why. In higher ranks, it gets harder to kill and do damage as doom. You can rarely get those numbers as the enemy players know how you play, thus countering doom more effectively.

@@popoo346 I understand what ur saying but the buff only increases the recharge rate when using his ult. This only allows players to land their ult faster when before u would end up sitting there and waiting for ur abilities. I agree it’s definitely a good buff but I don’t think it’s game breaking or anything like that.
