just add a text block at the bottom, make them to a hyperlink to your private policy & terms and conditions.

make sure to add the correct list under subscription settings... your contacts will land in that list when they opt in.

I would add a simple text block to the bottom of your landing page and then make the text a hyperlink to your terms and conditions. You can also just create another landing page for just the terms and conditions page and then just link to that landing page.
