I can only imagine that Jin is the one running out because ultimately, he's the one who sings the defining song for their Love Myself series - Epiphany, where he realises how important it is to love himself too. He's running from that realisation from Love Myself: Her all the way until we reach Love Myself: Answer, where he finally has this understanding.

I thought the lyrics were straight forward though they are so in love they think it’s destiny and it’s very clear just by reading the lyrics. the positioning of the song on the album makes sense since the first song is intro:serendipity is pretty much talking about something similar then it goes to DNA that’s why if you didn’t notice that DNA and serendipity has the similar affects. it’s the beginning of the love yourself series (trilogy) the first album. Love yourself her=happy songs falling in love, so consumed by it Love yourself tear=dark songs, losing their selves to make the person happy Love yourself answer =epiphany, realizing who they are supposed to love it’s oneself

idk if y'all will see this I'll give a basic meaning of this song and how it's connected to so many other BTS songs you have reacted to. DNA is a pure love song that talks about how this love isn't a coincidence and no matter how many different universe it is, they (them and the person they're talking about) will always end up together. destiny. now BTS did a trilogy called love yourself trilogy. the first album is "love yourself:her". it talks about falling in love. most of the songs in that album are love songs(serendipity and dna both talks about falling in love being a destiny, then there's dimple and best of me and outro her all of which talk about love in different ways), the 2nd album of this TRILOGY is "love yourself tear". this album tells us about how the love is fake when someone tries to change you. and that if you change for them then you don't love yourself either. here fake love is used to depict both, fake love when another person trying to change you bc they don't like the current you(it can't be true love if they can't love the real you) and fake love when you do change yourself for someone else bc you don't love your current self. (hence the songs like singularity, fake love, outro tear, the truth untold, 134340 pluto etc in this album) and the final album to the trilogy is "love yourself: answer" this album is about the realisation that you need to love yourself to love anyone else. that we need to love ourselves and accept ourselves first (hence the songs like epiphany, with lyrics "I'm the one I should love" and idol with lyrics "you can't stop me loving myself" and answer:love myself with lyrics "you've shown me I have reasons, I should love myself"). now I wouldn't look too deep into this mv as the person in the video did. most of it wasnt exactly true and was baseless assumptions

Thanks for the reaction. The boys, esp Namjoon, always give their insights on the album. That's why BTS songs are to listen as the album in its entirety. Then all the songs, lyrics, music, choreography, storyline etc. makes more sense.

Maybe start with "Wings"(The start of the bts domination)it has blood sweat and tears, lie, first love etc..there r short teasers for each track too (called wings short films about a 1½mins long) it's a masterpiece album listening to the tracks in order give a whole different feel.

I thought the song's meaning was straightforward. I always interpreted it as BTS singing how it was fated that they would meet as BTS and/or meet ARMY. Much like Boy with Luv, i took it as one of their songs speaking about their relationship (and the highs and lows that come with it) amongst themselves and with ARMY.

This was beautiful. It's my first time hearing this theory. The strands of dna shown has sugar building blocks in them. There's a theory that explores how love is like a sugar rush and you're on a high. You're meeting this person and it's like love is destined. In the end you cannot really love others well if you don't know how to love yourself

Could somebody one of you please explain why you had to chop up DNA in the four parts because of copyright issues for a 5-year-old song but you had no problem posting more recent songs search as dynamite butter permission to dance life goes on on your channel! What was the copyright issue did it get a strike or a block? In either instance under the fair use clause of the copyright law you can dispute it wait until the dispute is settled then if in your favor upload it. Furthermore, if it was just blocked why not just wait.72 hours that's only three days then upload it? Well because of your chopping up the reaction in the four parts I decided I needed to look at your description. A link to your merchandise so people can buy it really you have eight social media links in your description. Where's the text of the fair use clause of the copyright law in your description. where's the credits acknowledging HYBE labels corporation (formerly known as big hit entertainment) and big hit music the label that BTS currently falls under in the HYBE labels corporate family.
