I now know the refrence of Devourer of soul's. And it's... Made in heaven! It's fast, literrally hard to kill due to speed, and has the universe reset too and send's us to the dessert that make's it 100 time's better since basicly Steel Ball Run. what ability is the ability you got at 70 souls? Also one time I saw a devourer which got mad at me for barely any reason and they got a pretty high devourer killstreak so they started teaming with her friend (who used portal) to heal in places. Then the teaming backfired on her when she got out of the portal and a uno user was there and people who saw it had a good laugh on her especially how nonsensical she was. She was making up excuses "Oh I exited the portal there was no way I could know there would be a uno user" but it's literally because she teamed. She also used trophy because she's bad at dodging anything. She was like "Oh it's impossible" while like people just get 300 kills like it's a medium difficulty quest. (Also at 150, 151) Was two of them the "E" and "Q" abilities?

No it means that even if you have stone armor, you still die instantly when he is at 61 souls. And uno reverse ability doesn't reverse attack until after 300 souls.
