Im so glad youre posting 1 arm vids again cause I definitely need more work and help on my 1 arm lol. Broooo I agree that getting back to handstand after the 1 arm is the hardest. The safety tips for coming down were funny because I never realize that people need to be taught that hehe! And woahhhhh! Your leaps were extra crisp today
