I suggest you to do IELTS or any other english language exam so that you have more opportunities. Otherwise, the options will be very limited and you would need 2 years of work experience in those programs that doesn't require IELTS

search programs on studyinfo.fi you need to be prepared to learn finnish language if you want to pursue your carrier in this field.

It depends! If you have got a good scholarship and you can cover the living expenses for at least 6-8 months then you can take the opportunity.
