Best mod! The base cluster should have never been in the f10. It came on any f10 without heads up. Also notice on 2011, it was very yellowish just like your old one. Straight forward upgrade if programmed properly! Mine is reddish on the bottom not white lines like yours

Basically because of you I'm doing the same exact swap.. Just bought a fullly cleared and coded unit to my vin 4 days ago, as well as the speed limit info unit you installed on your other vid... Gonna look good in my 2013 535i m sport.. Thanks bud!!

Just swapped mine for this 6wa 2012 bmw cluster and what a huge difference! Bought it for $100, got it virginized and coded for $130. He also virginized my old one so i could sell it which i did for $140 so i made my money back! He will also make me the latest LED screen key if i want or the updated key of the newer 2016 f10 for jist $75! Will also tune my car to the max super stable giving me upto 450hp on stock and delete some stuff for way better performance for just $250. Wont waste gas and no smog check problems. All by using BMWs OEM tune software like a pro!

These 6WA oem clusters go cheap on ebay from $60 to $200 depending what's included. For example, just the cluster would be about $60 to $140 but thats because they r NOT VIRGIN clusters and you MUST devirginzed them and then CODE them to work. Its costly to have someone to devirginize one and still pay extra to have it remotely coded for it to work properly. So in my case, i paid $180 for a 6WA "already virgin" cluster and an extra $50 to have it remotely coded! Worth every penny!

Bro your mileage is same as you had on this cluster when you plugged in. Doesn’t match it to your car. So i assume coding doesn’t sync the mileage of the current car.

The cluster needs to be virginized so it can get the correct milage, coding it makes the gauges and functions work

6WA came out 03/11. You can get 6WA clusters all day long for $75 on eBay. You can wipe it with a R270 tool.

As long as you virginize a used cluster before you install it, once you code it it'll show your actual mileage

6wa is the old analog style cluster with a small digital bit at the bottom, 6wb is the fully digital one.
