Pork shoulder is really great for pulled pork sliders or pulled pork tacos. It comes in different sizes too so if 9 lbs was too much sometimes they have 5lb ones. I hope you are doing well and I hope you have a wonderful week.

Try rising any of the large onions you use in your receipts in cold water it cuts the order the onions creates.

When you cut the ends off the onion, walk over to the sink and wash the ends in cold water for a second or two, should get rid of the issue. :)
