Reupload in an effort to fix an audio glitch, but I think it's still there. O well, whatever. Fun to get out there with the katana and dice up some bottles again. Thanks for watching

Dude! That was metal! 🤘💀 very impressive as always! Nerdy metal dude had you in a tragically hip mood eh? The "and 1" double was sick man! I got something cool for you guys I'm just really indecisive about the edit. It's coming together should be ready soon

ahah yeah exactly. Thanks, man. Was feeling down about this session but it's not so bad with a chunk of fails removed lol. That was the first time I ever tried 3 cuts on 2 bottles without some kind of stall. I think it's there, just needs practice. Looking forward to your vid

@@KF1 Of course bro your cutting is boss! We all fail and have so so days, and if this is a so so day for you I think that really just shows how good you are lol if I hit a cut I've never tried before than I'm stoked even if I chop a few that session. I tried cutting a butter nut squash the other night, and I cut it right in half pretty much vertical but the line was very scooped so I was kinda down on it. I thought about later tho and I was being to hard on myself, I did cut it right on half. Maybe not the nicest cut but hey first try and those things are pretty though I was surprised. I'll probably post that too

@@sinisterswordsman25 I hear ya. Sometimes way too critical for no reason. Got this habit of obsessing over mistakes when I review my footage. Bob Ross says "I hope you're never satisfied. That's the best I could hope for, to be never satisfied, because that will push you forward"

@@KF1 very true you can always do better lol I do the same thing I got my viking sword literally shaving sharp and I was like..."It shaves...but not cleanly...could be better." But at the same time... it's shaving sharp! How much sharper do I want it to be? I don't know but I'm going try to get it even sharper next time because im not 100% satisfied lol.

@@KF1 No doubt, you literally JUST missed it. I’ve always heard good things about Huawei but whenever I had the $$$ there were none to be found, and when I didn’t have the money I’d stumble across one or two of them….
@KF1Ай бұрын
@@Kratos_God_of_50_BMG Rock on. If you can ever find their 9260 on the used market, don't hesitate. I smashed the stand a ton of times, cut dowels, bottle caps, etc. The sword cost me $260 CAD in 2019, and it's way above value. Way stronger than Jkoo 9260 by a mile. Sometimes I think the tsuka alignment is a couple degrees off, but when swung it lines right up. Interior of the saya is rough, but that's the only bad thing I could say. Tsuka shaping is like the 1st Gen Cloudhammer, before they got fat.
@KF1Ай бұрын
@@Kratos_God_of_50_BMG had been pushing John to return to the Gen 1 tsuka. Newer ones are made to please reviewers rather than cutters, way oversized and awkward (thanks Joe and Matthew Jensen, shit doesn't help, just made it worse) John sold me 3 defects in a row. He's a great guy but doesn't know shit about quality control. Will never buy from them again. No offense, but cutters gotta have the right equipment. The Huawei is it.
